CHEF’S DIET – DAY 13 Monday, Aug 22

Breakfast.   Apple, Banana, Organic hard-boiled Egg.

 

Lunch.   Arugula Salad with Corn, Goat Cheese, Apples, Cranberries, bit of Bacon     (Super-sized)              

 

 

Snack.  None.. still full from lunch.

 

Dinner (PBC)… 2 Slices of Margherita. Yes, Pizza again.
