CHEF’S DIET – DAY 14, Tues Aug 23

 

Breakfast.  McMann Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal with dried Cranberries & Apples and Vermont Grade A Maple Syrup.

Snack.  Handful of Almonds.

Lunch.  Tuna on Seven-Grain.

Exercise.  45 minutes of Cardio.

Dinner (PBC).  Capo Slice, Margherita Slice, Rice Ball.

 

Pizza again… love this Diet!!
