Breakfast.  McMann Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal with dried Cranberries & Apples  and Vermont Grade A Maple Syrup.

 

Snack.  Banana.

   

Lunch.  Chicken Broth and Sautéed Spinach.

   

Snack.  Apple.

Dinner (PBC).  3 Slices Margherita Pizza   (I missed it!)
